As owner and founder, Tim is actively involved in overseeing all aspects of Garito & Company – from brokerage and property management to acquisitions and development. Tim was among the first commercial real estate brokers in the state of Florida to be LEED AP Certified. He has compiled an impressive portfolio of tenant transactions over the past 20 years. Some of his more prominent clients include Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, Publix, Winn-Dixie, Ross, Rent-A-Center, Verizon, TCBY, Subway, Radio Shack, LNR, and H&R Block. He has been involved in outparcel sales and development with Dunkin’ Donuts, Murphy USA, Montessori, and Express Oil.
Tim is passionate about helping his clients seeing their visions realized. In addition to his vast knowledge of the commercial real estate development business, Tim’s calm demeanor and perseverance have resulted in many successful transactions.
Tim is very active in his community and serves on the board of “Get-A-Board,” an athletic and educational enrichment organization for underprivileged youth. Tim is currently an active service provider to Wounded Warriors (Florida Office). He has also acted as an advisor to Boy Scouts of America of Seminole County.
Tim’s rapidly growing network of investment groups, property owners, conglomerates, and the commercial building trade keep him connected and informed. His work with numerous international investors has resulted in a highly sought-after ability to assist clients in navigating the red tape often associated with international transactions.

Cheyenne Matos serves as Director of Operations at Garito & Company, and has been with the company since its inception in 2015. Cheyenne initially honed her commercial real estate expertise in retail and office leasing, as well as retail site selection. Over the years, her journey within the company naturally evolved towards operations.
In her capacity as Director of Operations, Cheyenne plays a pivotal role in guiding and leading our team of dedicated brokers and agents. Her strategic advice and strong industry knowledge have been instrumental in fueling the company’s growth and success.
Prior to her venture into the world of commercial real estate, Cheyenne’s career path began in restaurant management. During this phase, she cultivated invaluable insights into the realms of customer service and sales, skills that continue to serve her exceptionally well in her current role.
Outside of her professional life, Cheyenne is a devoted wife to her partner of 14 years and a loving mother to two: her 12-year-old son, JJ, and her beloved Labradoodle, Chewy. She is a Valencia alumni and member of ICSC. Beyond her professional and family life, Cheyenne is a self-proclaimed health nerd and loves being outdoors. Her multifaceted journey and unwavering dedication make her a true asset to the Garito & Company team.
Brooke Quttaineh is a Vice President and Licensed Real Estate broker at Garito and Company. Brooke is responsible for managing and growing Garito and Company’s retail portfolio of more than 700,000 square feet.
With a focus on third-party retail leasing and landlord representation throughout Central Florida, Brooke also prides herself on working with both new and existing clients to strategize their commercial real estate and investment needs.
Born and raised in Central Florida, Brooke has a deep-rooted connection to the Orlando area. She attended Seminole High School and Seminole State College – once a Seminole, always a Seminole! Brooke jumped into her career with both feet right after school. She has over 15 years or Customer Service and sales experience with 7 of those years spent in extensive leadership roles within private organizations.
Brooke is a wife, and mother of two. She is a local Central Florida resident and enjoys the family friendly environments and schools that is has to offer. Beyond work, Brooke enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, visiting the local beaches or springs and exploring new niches within the Central Florida community.
Brooke is a member of ICSC, CREW Orlando, and the CCIM Central Florida Chapter.
Danielle Orville is an Associate at Garito & Company responsible for business development focusing on landlords and retail tenant representation in this thriving market.
Danielle has spent decades building diverse relationships and provides top-tier client service. Emphasizing analytical research and economics, Danielle’s experience in strategy, implementation, and fulfillment departments is exponentially valuable for clients. She most enjoys working alongside intelligent, ambitious individuals converting great ideas into reality for local communities to enjoy. When you trust your project in Danielle’s hands, you can expect creative solutions accompanied by dynamic communication.
Before joining Garito & Company, she partnered with Florida real estate investors on a rehabilitation project and co-hosted the infamous podcast. She initially broke into real estate with a growing downtown commercial real estate firm in Raleigh, North Carolina. She has excelled in project management, cost analysis, construction, marketing, leasing, and property management. Licensed in multiple states, Danielle is actively pursuing a CCIM designation and is involved with CREW Orlando and ICSC.
With a background in public education and sociology, Danielle began her career in teaching, impacting children and her community for over a decade. She holds degrees from the University of Mount Union and Nova Southeastern University. Danielle is an Oviedo, Florida resident, a fitness enthusiast, a passionate traveler, and a dedicated supporter of local businesses. She annually awards a scholarship to her alma mater, Crestview Local School District, to help students pursue their dreams.
Alti Shafer is a Licensed Real Estate Associate at Garito and Company. With a focus on industrial and office space leasing and landlord representation throughout Central Florida, Alti prides herself on working with both new and existing clients to strategize their commercial real estate and investment needs.
Originally from Brevard County, Alti has devoted the last 15 years to Central Florida. She is a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida (UCF). Before transitioning to real estate, Alti worked in the Sports Medicine and Healthcare sectors. Born and raised between Brevard County and Orange County, she prides herself on knowing the ins and outs of Central Florida.
Outside of real estate, Alti is a mother to her 12-year-old son, 3 fur babies, loves adventures, working out and helping others.
